Posture Hacks for Busy People — Checklist
A posture checklist drawn from the book's tips, for sitting, standing, and moving without the aches — positions that fit the task, changed often. No perfect posture, no special routine required.
Each item below is a tip title from the book, turned into a tick-box you can print and reuse. Tick them off on screen, or use the print button for a paper copy.

Posture Is a Position, Not a Test — Drop the pass-or-fail idea: comfort comes from positions that fit what you are doing, changed often, not from holding one rigid pose.
Bring Your Screen Into Easy View — Set your screen where you can see it without craning or hunching, so your neck is not doing extra work all day.
Make Your Chair and Work Surface Work Together — Adjust chair and desk as a pair, so your feet, arms, and screen land in comfortable places at the same time.
Reduce Reaching, Twisting, and Phone Hunching — Move the things you reach for often closer, and bring the phone up instead of dropping your head down to it.
Stand Without Locking Into One Pose — Standing helps most when it is another position to rotate through, not a stiff pose held for hours.
Switch Positions Without Losing Your Place — Change position between tasks or at a natural pause, so movement fits the work instead of interrupting it.
Make Phone Use Less Neck-Heavy — Raise the phone, rest your arms, and take short breaks from scrolling, rather than holding a head-down pose.
Let Everyday Cues Remind You to Move — Tie small movements to things that already happen — a kettle boiling, a call ending — so movement needs no extra willpower.
Set Up for a More Comfortable Drive — Adjust seat, mirrors, and reach before you set off, so the drive does not lock you into an awkward position.
Build a Small, Realistic Plan — Pick two or three tips, try them for a week, and keep what works — then add the next small change.
